Continue collecting e-mail addresses from your coworkers to improve your chances. For every 2 additional e-mail addresses you gather, another entry with your name will go into the pool. All e-mail addresses must be valid.

Gather more email addresses from your co-workers. For every two additional emails you gather, another entry with your name will go into the pool, improving your chances of winning.
The next round of the contest ends on April 30, 2008. Winners will be announced in May 2008. Winner(s) will be announced via email and/or phone. Winners have 15 days from notification to claim the prize. The prize may be claimed by return e-mail or return phone. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded.
There will be FOUR Grand Prize Winners. - Four (4) Grand Prizes will be awarded to members whose names will be randomly selected from the pool of eligible participants.
What if I don't have a computer at home? There are places in your community where you can use computers for free. Ask at your local library, your church or your community center. Also, ask at work if you work in an institution. And don’t hesitate to ask your children. For many of them, computers are something they learn about in school from early on.
Eligibility- Each email address will be counted only once towards contest entries. Emails entered multiple times will be credited only to the first entry processed. Email addresses must be valid.
- Only dues-paying, 1199SEIU members are eligible to win
- 1199SEIU staff and 1199SEIU Funds staff are not eligible
- 1199.org, 1199nbf.org, 1199ccf.org and 1199etjsp.org emails will not be counted as entries to the contest
- Previous contest winners are not eligible to re-enter the contest.
Legal Disclaimers - All questions or disputes regarding eligibility for the promotion will be resolved by 1199SEIU at its sole discretion.
- 1199SEIU specifically disclaims any representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the products and/or services which an enrollee redeems through this promotion. Promotion participants agree to rely solely on the manufacturer's warranties, if any, for any products redeemed through this promotion.
- As a condition of participating in this promotion, enrollees agree that: 1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this promotion or any rewards obtained through the promotion, shall be brought within one (1) year after the first occurrence of the kind of act, event, condition or omission upon which the claim is based and shall be resolved exclusively by arbitration under the International Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association and in accordance with the laws of the State of new York, without regard to any choice of law or conflict of law principles.
- Arbitration will take place in New York County, New York; and (2) any and all claims, judgments and rewards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event attorneys fees. All federal, state, local and other taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the applicable winner.
